got one of the Dries wrap skirts on Cettire 2 weeks ago for a better price than elsewhere. Glad I snapped it up!

Ahead of it!! What great timing.

A good ol' sarong will do the trick of a scarf skirt. It is only marginally less interesting than the one I picked up in DVN in Antwerp - they still have a bunch of new ones in stock here - https://www.driesvannoten.com/search?q=Scarf+skirt

The highlights are the ones with the mixed prints - their use of prints are truly differentiated from what else is out there.

Striving to maintain character dress for the rest of the year. I also think about your Style Strategy 003 piece a lot actually! As someone guilty of wearing so many neutrals - I’ve been trying to expand a lot more into a good print and not be so afraid that some detail or colour means that it’s trendy and I won’t reach for it down the line. Love the DVN scarf pieces. Carmague is also such a fantastic store with great buyers evidently!

And agree Camargue should not be slept on.

It makes me so happy that you liked Style Strategy 003! I’ve often thought about updating it but then I do read back on it and still think it’s relevant for now.

I loved the content and theme of this article. And the skirt! I don’t know if I would be confident to wear this… even if it was available!

Thank you Fiona! There were so many elements in here that I’ve been thinking about myself; it’s very personal to my own preferences.

Love that people are rediscovering the beauty and art of embroidery and embellishment. Check out Zariboot who create one off pieces from traditional South Asian textiles (the embellished boots they dropped this week are insane!)

God, I needed to read this/ingest this/repeat this right now! Love this part especially, “Remember — the main character of your narrative is you, so you might as well dress like it.” Your words + thinking + style inspire me SO MUCH, Zara xx

Zara this piece came at a PERFECT time for me as I’m navigating a real comfort in my personal style and I feel like I’m main character but not in the show-boaty way but rather in the “she knows what she likes” way
